Refund policy

14 days, money back, no questions.

If you buy the FlightRules pack and it is not what you hoped - wrong fit, wrong stack, changed your mind, no reason at all - email hello@flightrules.dev from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase, and you get a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method; allow a few business days for it to land after we confirm, which we aim to do within one business day.

The honest reasoning

The product is digital, so you keep whatever you downloaded; we accept that. A tested guardrails pack either earns its $29 in the first two weeks of real use or it doesn't, and we would rather refund quickly than argue with someone the product didn't serve. The published test logs on the front page exist so you can judge most of the quality claims before spending anything.

Limits

Two, both boring: refund requests after the 14-day window are at our discretion rather than automatic (email anyway; we are not monsters), and a pattern of repeat buy-refund cycles on the same product may be declined. Nothing here limits statutory rights your local consumer law gives you.
